This Meetup Group is for people who participate in or are interested in Triathlon.
The focus of this group is to provide direction and workouts for not only for the beginning Triathlete, but for those that prefer to go 'Long and Strong'. Join us to discuss the sport, workout, and set goals!
Since we workout every day, we encourage you to join Cycling, Running, Fitness, Hiking, and Yoga Meetup Groups for daily activity. We will schedule spin classes, and weekend open-water swims.
Organizers ARE NOT trained fitness professionals. All workouts/events are attended at your own risk. We assume absolutely no legal responsibility for injury incurred at any event or meet posted on this site.
