Attend our weekly spin/brick class whether you’re a Triathlete, Duathlete, or Cyclist. This is a great way to train, discuss the sport, and meet new people.
If you’re new to the sport, take this opportunity to ask questions and hopefully get the answers, unless, of course we’re all out of breath!
At this stage in our training, we will be focusing on pedaling technique. All workouts this month will be followed by a 15-30' run.
So let's get going! The season isn’t getting any younger!
