Do you dig hiking, riding bikes, paddling kayaks and canoes? Any or all of these things? If so, read on...

This is going to be one of the coolest events in the history of the this Meetup group....the Suwannee Bicycle Association's Bike and Paddle Fest this weekend, Friday - Sunday. I am also listing this meetup on a few other groups because it is just way too cool...

Sure, it's a five hour drive into the heart of serious southern old-skool yee-haw country...and sure, if we leave Friday after work, we won't be there until the wee hours of Saturday morning, but hey....Biking, paddling, and hiking in North Florida...boiled peanuts, barbecue, sweet tea, and ice cold beer??? Oh yea!

Check out the website for a schedule of events - there are tons....guided nature hikes, moonlight mountain bike rides, beginner mountain bike lessons, road rides of all levels and distances on rolling hills.
