Calling all triathletes or just anyone interested in training for a triathlon, whether you're a seasoned Ironman or you've never done a triathlon before! All levels of fitness are welcome. This is a great way to train socially without having to pay the high fees of local triathlon clubs. We'll meet at various places around the city for running, biking, and swimming.

The aim is to hold 2-3 midweek runs and a weekend run in the Casey/Cardinia area, including trails and roads/bike tracks.
