We are a group of people training for the San Diego TriRock sprint triathlon on September 9th, 2012! We will be meeting twice a week- once during the week and once on the weekend around Seattle and the Eastside from May - September. Welcome to the Tacoma Women's Run, Walk and Triathlon group! This group is focused on two aspects: getting/staying fit! and having fun doing it!
